Robert Lamar Baxter September 22, 2015 My brother Lamar had been unable to walk and take care of himself for a year or two. Finally the family sent him to the Sunshine Terrace care center in Logan where he appeared to be doing better. We visited him there quite often and on Monday September 21st we had a good visit. He seemed to be talking better and his only comment was that he wanted to go home. The following day Glenna visited him and gave him a fresh peach. He mentioned how good it tasted  and then said he was beginning to black out. He died right then before they could get the nurse to help him. He was taken to the Nyman Funeral home in Providence where he had prepaid for his service. On Thursday, October 1, 2015, they held a funeral service in the Hyrum 1st ward. That is the ward we had belonged to while growing up in Hyrum. His three sons gave good talks and I gave the closing prayer. He had a military tribute at the Hyrum cemetery where he had previously purchases and installed a grave stone for he and Glenna.
